1. Delivery Options

We offer two primary ways to receive your orders:

  • Doorstep & Partner Courier Delivery: We deliver nationwide across Kenya to your designated home, office, or business address. Delivery is fulfilled via dedicated riders, courier trucks, or partner parcel services depending on the location and order volume.
  • Physical Store Pickup (Free): You can place your order online or via phone and collect it directly from our physical shop/warehouse located at Chady Road, Syokimau, Machakos County. Selecting pickup waives all shipping costs.

2. Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are not fixed and are calculated at checkout or confirmed by our dispatch team based on:

  • Delivery Location: Distance from our Syokimau dispatch hub (Nairobi Metropolitan, Machakos, vs. upcountry regions).
  • Package Weight & Volume: Overall size and total weight of the goods (especially relevant for bulk wholesale categories like Cereals, Oils, and Cleaning Supplies).
  • Delivery Speed: Standard delivery vs. express doorstep requests.

Note: The exact delivery fee will be displayed during checkout or communicated by our customer agent prior to dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines begin once order payment or verification is completed:

4. Store Pickup Guidelines

If you choose to collect your items from our physical location, please observe the following steps:

  1. Wait until you receive a notification (SMS, Email, or WhatsApp) confirming your order is fully processed and ready for collection.
  2. Present your Order ID / Invoice Number and a valid Identification document or M-Pesa payment confirmation at our store counter.
  3. Inspect your products prior to leaving the store to ensure accuracy and condition.

5. Order Inspection & Receiving Goods

Upon delivery, we request that you or your authorized representative inspect the outer package before signing or confirming receipt:

  • Check for correct item counts and intact physical seals.
  • If a package is visibly damaged or tampered with, please report it immediately to the delivery agent and notify our support team.
  • Wholesale clients must verify consignment packages alongside the dispatch team at the point of offloading.
